General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

CONTINENTAL EVENTS & MOBILITY MOROCCO

1. Identity & Brand

The brand CONTINENTAL EVENTS & MOBILITY MOROCCO is the exclusive property of the company CONTINENTAL EVENTS & MOBILITY MOROCCO, holder of License No. 66865 for passenger transport services – Registry Number: 0155326.

2. Regulatory framework

Passenger transport services operated with chauffeur-driven vehicles are governed by the Moroccan Tourism Code.

In Morocco, services are performed by certified chauffeurs holding a valid professional license and fully compliant with applicable social, tax, and labor laws.

Vehicles and chauffeurs are subject to regular inspections by the relevant authorities.

3. Pricing

Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included.

They include the chauffeur service and vehicle use, excluding tailor-made services defined in the specific terms and conditions.

Vehicle capacity depends on the number of passengers and the volume of luggage.

4. Client responsibility

CONTINENTAL EVENTS & MOBILITY MOROCCO shall not be held liable in the event of non-compliance by the client with applicable transport regulations.

Any fine, penalty, or damage resulting from such non-compliance shall be borne exclusively by the client.

5. Services & additional charges

Multiple or specific services are subject to a prior quotation including: vehicle type, duration, mileage, and any additional costs (tolls, parking fees, overtime, chauffeur allowances, night services, Sundays, or public holidays).

These charges are communicated in advance and are not eligible for any discount.

6. Cancellation

Any reservation not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to pickup, or any client no-show, will be fully invoiced.

7. Payment terms

Payment is due prior to service delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any late payment shall result in penalties calculated at three times the applicable legal interest rate.

8. Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Agadir.
